The Title sequence shows the veiwers the name of the movie; Casino Royale. In the title there are shapes of card suits (hearts,diamonds,clubs and spades) around the main title conveying that there will be cards involved.
During the opening sequence while the opening credits are shown there are scenes where spade shapes are flying and killing people instead of bullets. This conveys that because of cards and gambling people are going to die.
The soundtrack (you know my name by chris cornell) is hard rock conventionally used to show that the film is going to have action inside it.
