H/w Task: Conventions In The Opening Of Takers

The film i have chosen to analyse is 'Takers'. I am going to analyse how it follows the conventions of film openings.


The opening sequence of this film starts with the logo of Sony. Logos are also one of the most common similarities in all film openings.

Throughout the opening sequence of the film, sounds such as guns being fired and triggers being loaded are used to give us as the audience a insight of what the film might be about, for example if it will be about criminality or death. Also the fast pace of the editing also lets us know its going to be in the genre of action.
